Ingredients:

- Salt & black pepper to taste
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional but adds depth)
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken with salt and pepper, then sear in olive oil for 2–3 minutes per side until lightly golden.
- In a bowl, mix heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and Dijon mustard.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken in a baking dish.
